• Halina Brdulak - President (Professor in the Warsaw School of Economics; logistic and shipping specialization)
• Elżbieta Włodyka - Vice President for Financial and Administrative Matters (Manager of the Office of WSE Global Economy College)
• Zdzisława Przetacka - Vice President for Business Contacts (Branch Director in ING-NN S.A.- insurance company)
• Żaneta Ryszawa - Vice President for International Contacts
• Ewa Domaradzka - President of the IFW Olsztyn Branch (a journalist for Olsztyn Radio)
• Małgorzata Tobiszewska - President of the IFW Pomorski Branch (Owner of Consulting and training services company)

The Board's competences are the following:

• managing the IFW activities
• representing the Forum outside
• taking resolutions regarding accepting and dismissing members
• convening ordinary and extraordinary General Assembly of Members
• executing resolutions accepted by General Assembly of Members
• establishing regional branches
